IV. Which type of Vacuum pump, Roots pump and Oil Pump is most suitable for 12000L/H Transformer oil purification machine?  

For Transformer oil purifier machine, when the flow rate more than 6000L/H, the machine vacuum pump and roots pump all need use air cooling type pumps. For example, if you choose common water cooling vacuum pump and roots pump, after you long times use machine, it need stop machine and add water to pumps to cooling pump. It is very Inconvenient. So we suggest Germany leybold vacuum pump and Shanghai CUIMAN roots pump  or Germany Leybold roots pump or Germany Busch Roots pump to you. They are air cooling type pumps. They can long times operation.

For oil pump, when the flow rate is 12000L/H, we suggest three screw oil pumps to customer. Compare common gear oil pump with screw oil pump, the three screw oil pump advantages is working noise is very small, pumping capacity is strong. And during machine long time use, no any acetylene gas will be produced. It guarantees the purified oil quality is always high. We suggest China three screw oil pump or Italy three screw oil pump or Germany SIHI oil pump to customers.
