Application:

Oil water separator machine series YH-TYD is applied to treatment high water content turbine oil, hydraulic oil, refrigerant oil, lubricating oil, and so on. The oil water separator series YH-TYD can quickly degas, dewater, and remove the impurity and the volatile matter. It enhances the oil quality, restores the lubricating oil viscosity, augments the flash point, and improves the operational performance. This machine is suited for many industries, such as mine, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, manufacturing, and so on. The Series YH-TYD Oil water separator machine adopts a plate heat exchanger and water-ring vacuum pump, which is used for treatment of the oil, including high percent of water. The plate heat exchanger improves the cooling system and produces a cooling result better than the common cooling system. The water-ring vacuum pump does not affect the vacuum degree because of the high amount of water; this machine removes water from oil quickly and effectively.
