Application:

  1. Used for degassing, dehydration, and filtering impurities of transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, and dielectric oil.
  2. It adopts the double-stage vacuum system, which can improve the machine’s working vacuum value. It can remove the water, gas, and impurities from the transformer oil efficiently, increasing and maintaining the oil's dielectric strength, making sure the electric device runs safely.
  3. It utilizes physiochemical means to recover waste oils while removing the acid contents, sludge, free carbon, suspended matter, and precipitated residues from the oil and discoloration.
  4. It can vacuum fill oil to the transformer, vacuum dry the transformer, and online operation transformer.
  5. It is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks, or directly in transformers (energized or de-energized transformers).

What is different between series YH-ZYD double-stage vacuum transformer oil filtration machine and series YH-ZYD-R double-stage vacuum transformer oil regeneration machine?

Series YH-ZYD and series YH-ZYD-R can both remove the water, gas, and impurities from the transformer oil efficiently. The difference is, the series YH-ZYD-R double-stage vacuum transformer oil regeneration machine has an additional regeneration device that uses a physiochemical method to remove acid contents, sludge, free carbon, suspended matter, and precipitated residues from the oil, recovering oil quality to new oil. It enhances oil insulation and equipment safety. It can be compared to the cost of changing oil, it will be 90%.

Advantage:

  1. It can treat deteriorated transformer oil.
  2. It can significantly improve oil color. Dark-colored oil can be retrofitted to the color less than 1.5.
  3. It can recover aging insulating oil electrical with PH value ≥5.5, acid value ≤0.03 mg koH/g, or dielectric loss factors tgδ (90℃) ≤0.001 back to new oil characteristics.
  4. Economical. Extremely dirty oil can be reused after regeneration. The cost of purchasing regenerated oil is typically less than 90% of new oil.
  5. Control of strategic asset is retained. Oil in use is an asset. Use of regeneration technology removes dependence of the oil company on replacement suppliers and isolates them from wildly fluctuating external market prices.
  6. Extended life of power transformer equipment.
