All stainless steel degassing and dehydration separation tower: With all the unique stainless steel degassing and dehydration separation tower, the vacuum separation chamber can spread the oil fluid in the thin film shape and realize the three-dimensional evaporation due to its large separation area; With the full automatic distributor, the vacuum separation chamber is made of the special composite materials which can destroy the oil and water affinity, therefore, which can rotate automatically to re-atomize the high-efficient oil and water. Considering that the oil flow stays in the vacuum separation chamber for long term, the primary separation will reach up to its best effect.
II. Stainless steel heater and Patented heating technology
Series YH-ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier use the heater is stainless steel heater. Stainless steel heating pipe surface is not easy to corrosion, uniform heating, long service life. Please check the attached pictures for your reference.
Patented heating technology: Adopts the most liable thermal radiation, infrared ray, thermal conduction and other heating technologies in the world, the heating elements will warm up evenly in the container. In addition, its heating surface has low load (less than 1.1W/cm2), therefore, it is good for completely solving the oil aging and cracking phenomenon caused by the common heating method without any influence on the oily composition. The heating elements are anti-oxidative and its heating container is made of stainless steel materials. Due to the special design of heating pipeline, the oil fluid can flow automatically at high heat transfer efficiency without dead oil area.
III. Imported filter elements: The impurity filtration system can provide the three-stage filtration, namely, the first level is coarse filtration and the remaining two levels adopt the fine filtration. The coarse filter adopts the all stainless steel elements which are produced by Germany HYDAC and washed & used repeatedly; The high-precision filters produced by Italy shall serve as the fine filters. With 4,000T/filter filtration capacity, large filtration area, strong assimilative capacity and long service life, the fine filter’s filtration capacity is 5 times or above as much as the common domestic filters. IV. Patented spray oil protection technology
In order to control the liquid level automatically, our company’s patented spray oil technology and advanced imported photoelectric liquid level control technology will be adopted to operate the electronic switch to test the liquid level signal and feed back to the electromagnetic valve for the sake of opening and closing the pipeline of vacuum separation chamber. The photoelectric control adopts polarized light refraction and inspection without any interference from external light source. The selected electronic switch, even if oil bubble, can feed back the liquid level signal correctly to ensure that the oil liquid has bubble and suffers from the accurate control without spray oil phenomenon.
V. Advanced automatic control system
With the internationally recognized advanced PLC and text display control system, the equipment will gather the signal through the advanced and reliable sensor, then, process the signal in PLC intensively, control the operation process of equipment according to PLC internal procedures, at this moment, it is good for solving the influence of human factors and carrying out the oil filtration treatment, vacuum processing, hot-oil circulation and a series of protection control reliably. Therefore, the oil injection, overpressure and other accidents appearing on the traditional oil filter will not happen forever. The equipment control is advanced and reliable with high stability.
